Is still a rose.
A Phoenix is a mythical bird that is a fire spirit which, at the end of it’s life cycle ignites and is reduced to ashes, from which a new, young Phoenix arises, reborn.
But it is still a Phoenix.
The Phoenix may look good, having devoured its predecessor in a fierce, violent flame, but beating beneath the new, bright, shiny glass feathers of the new beast it is possible to see the heart of the old…if you look closely enough.
The Phoenix is usually considered to be benevolent, but some tales suggest that humans are not always safe around it. Lets hope children are.
